Subscription Renewal  |
Let's clear one thing first, only registered or exisiting member can only do this subscription renewal. we have two kinds of renewal program to comfort you. Standard Software Renewal or Automated Renewal Program.

Standard Software Renewal : Log-in with your wingslive id and password, go to my profile and select My account in the left side menu. Then click renewal button, it will guide you to choose your plans and payment process, which is secured and easy as you done before.
Automated Renewal Program : We will automatically charge the credit card that you provide few days prior to your expiration date, ensuring that your membership remains in force. we never want you to stop learning. It is unethical for few and comfort for many others, our motto is to serve everyone as much.
You can always cancel the Auto renewal program by simply clicking the cancel subscrition button to complete the cancellation. |

If I pay for my purchases with a credit card, are those transactions secured?

Additionally, to protect against hackers or other unauthorized personnel, we have firewalls and other security measures protecting our server. Any credit card information or personal information you transfer to us is kept in a secure database server at all times.
What happens if my Payment process fails?
If there is an issue with your current form of payment (e.g. card expired, lack of funds, change of address, etc.), and your payment process will fail and your account will be automatically unsubscribed.
To resubscribe, choose a different payment option or update the payment information on your Subscriptions page, then resubmit.
Apart from online payment, is there any other way of making payment?
Yes. The other modes of payment are Wire Transfer and Cheque. These modes are accepted only for 3/6/12 months subscription plans. (Call Back)
Can I Upgrade/Downgrade/Cancel to other plan ?
Absolutely. WingsLive is a pay as you go service so you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. But it takes effect only from the next subsequent billing cycle only. You will still be able to access your exisiting subscription through the end of the current billing cycle.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
The charge will appear on your credit card statement from "WingsLive.com Subscription".
How can I get a copy of my payment receipt?
To view your billing history or print a receipt please follows these steps: 1. Log on to your wingslive.com account using your user name and password. 2. Go to my profile 3. Click "my accounts" button from the left side menu 4. You can see the Billing history there, either you can view or give print the receipt.
Do we loose all data in our account if not renewed on time?
No, you will not loose your data. If the renewal fails, we will deactivate your account from accessing the course videos. Once you renew your subscription you will be able to access the courses again.
Do you offer multi-user accounts?

Is the price I see listed for only one course or for all courses?
Any subscription of wingslive.com includes unlimited access to ALL courses including new courses released while subscription is active. addtionally, we are being developed A La' carte system where you can choose to buy/learn any single course with a limited validity and study hours. simply called "Pay as you Learn"
